e	ester van den dolder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontzettend slecht. De ene blunder na de andere. En de schuld afschuiven op bijv. De huisarts of de tandarts. Mijn tandarts heeft tot 3 keer toe een recept voor antibiotica doorgestuurd en dan nog beweren dat de tandarts dit niet heeft gedaan. En dan ineens wordt de oorspronkelijke fax te voorschijn getoverd met het recept erop. En als ik vraag hoe dit nu kan en welke tijd erop staat zegt men dat ze dit niet na kunnen kijken. Eeeuuuh de tijd staat er gewoon op hoor. Schandalig!!!! En dit is niet de eerste keer. Incredibly bad. One blunder after another. And shift the blame to eg the GP or the dentist. My dentist has forwarded a prescription for antibiotics up to 3 times and then claim that the dentist did not do this. And then suddenly the original fax is conjured up with the recipe on it. And when I ask how this is possible and what time it is said, they say that they cannot check this. Eeeuuuh the time is just on it though. Scandalous!!!! And this is not the first time.

Vorig jaar vanwege een tekort bij nota bene de apotheek de helft van het recept mee gekregen. vandaag kwam ik voor het resterende deel en wat schetst mijn verbazing ik kreeg de medicijnen niet mee omdat het recept verlopen was. Een botte behandeling van de medewerkster en geen discussie mogelijk ook niet zoeken naar een oplossing!! Hoe drijven we de kosten van de ZORG OP, nou gewoon je klant want dat ben ik tenslotte terug sturen naar de arts om een nieuw recept te halen kosten rekening klant erg vriendelijk en bedankt ik ga op zoek naar een andere apotheek temeer daar er nergens vermeld is dat er een beperkte geldigheid is aan een dergelijk recept! B	Bob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In het begin gekozen als apotheek vanwege de centrale ligging en goede service. De dienstverlening wordt met echter met het jaar slechter. Slechte communicatie, stugge houding en wachttijden! Gewoon belachelijk. recepten die totaal niet voorgeschreven zijn. Wachttijden zijn ook veel te lang, welke dag je ook komt, altijd lang wachten. Deze laatste ervaringen hebben ons doen besluiten om voor een andere apotheker te kiezen. In the beginning chosen as a pharmacy because of its central location and good service. However, the service is getting worse by the year. Bad communication, stiff attitude and waiting times! Just ridiculous. recipes that are not prescribed at all. Waiting times are also far too long, whatever day you come, always a long wait. These latest experiences made us decide to choose a different pharmacist.

O.a. herhaalrecepten aanvragen zonder bel contact met de dokter. Vriendelijk personeel, goede service. Convenient way to pick up recipes from the closet. Fine and clear website. You can arrange a lot from here. A.o. request repeat prescriptions without calling the doctor. Friendly staff, good service.
G	Gaby Van Kerkvoorde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben weggestuurd door deze apotheker ondanks mijn vier chronische ziektes. Klant is hier duidelijk geen koning. Maar een mondig mens is nu eenmaal lastig. Een assistente beweerde zonder enige kennis van zaken dat een belangrijk medicijn niet vergoed werd. Mede werd mij verweten dat door mij niet gewaardeerd wordt dat ik de telefoon niet op zou nemen. Heb alleen gezegd dat ik even wilde wandelen. Ben blij dat ik weg ben nu en dan moeten ze het medicijn maar komen bezorgen door een andere apotheek omdat ik niet altijd in staat ben deze op te halen. I was dismissed by this pharmacist despite my four chronic illnesses. Customer is clearly not king here. But an empowered person is simply difficult. An assistant claimed without any knowledge of the facts that an important drug was not being reimbursed. I was also accused of not being appreciated that I would not answer the phone. Just said I wanted to take a walk. I'm glad I'm gone now and then they have to deliver the medicine from another pharmacy because I am not always able to pick it up.
j	jessica Hage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24/7 kast is geweldig! Krijgt een sms met code, geweldig systeem! Medewerkers, mogen wat beter communiceren met de patiënt en wat vrolijker overkomen. Ik weet dat het druk kan zijn en is in deze branche, maar mij is geleerd, klant staat voorop en bij elke nieuwe klant, hen vriendelijk woord te zijn. ( begin met een lach) 24/7 closet is great! Receive an SMS with code, great system! Employees may communicate with the patient a little better and appear happier. I know that it can be busy and is in this industry, but I have been taught, the customer comes first and with every new customer, they are a friendly word. (start with a smile)

Bedankt voor deze info ,echter op 13 jullie Dit jaar kreeg ik dit bericht ,Uw medicatie ligt 3 dgn klaar in de Zelfbedieningskast. Uw afhaalcode is ..........Met groet, Apotheek de Eekmaat ,de code werkte niet En op een doordeweekse dag ben ik lang gegaan en ook de medewerker kon de medicatie niet met de code ontvangen ,afgelopen vrijdag kreeg ik dit bericht , Uw medicatie ligt klaar in Apotheek de Eekmaat. Uw afhaalcode hiervoor is .......... en deze code is de zelfde code als op 13 jullie ,en inderdaad wat u aangeeft in het zojuist ontvangen bericht staat niet beschreven dat het in de zelfbediening kast licht , maar uit mijn verhaal kunt u wellicht eruit opmaken doordat ik op 13 jullie niet bij mijn medicatie kon ,En nu afgelopen vrijdag voor de zelfde situatie kwam te staan ,er een vergelijking was ,het zou waarschijnlijk verstandiger zijn als er medicate klaar licht in de apotheek om geen afhaal code te vermelden, aanvullend kan ik zegen dat ik tevreden ben Met de dienstverlening van uw apotheek gr danny a few months ago i had a problem that the pickup code was not working, with the message pickup code was not accepted, can happen. but last night again the same problem i can't access my medication.
