M	M Lootens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik geef 5 sterren, omdat er zoveel negatieve reacties zijn. Nooit problemen gehad met deze apotheek! Wachttijden kunnen langer zijn, maar ligt er ook aan wanneer je je medicijnen op haalt. I give 5 stars because there are so many negative reactions. Never had problems with this pharmacy! Ook al bestel je je spullen dagen van te voren, dan nog ligt het niet klaar. Om moedeloos van te worden. Vooral omdat dit niet de enige apotheek is waar alles zo sloom gaat. Totaal onprofessioneel, ongepast én tegen de verkeerde klagen over het moeten bezorgen van medicijnen, die buiten de schuld van de besteller om niet op tijd binnen waren en die op aanbod van de apotheek zélf zijn bezorgd. Hopelijk gaat meneer een heel mooi 2020 tegemoet, zonder frustraties over zijn werk. Fijne dagen! I mainly give five stars because your delivery person can use some Christmas happiness. Er wordt fijn mee gedacht en urgentie serieus genomen. Very nice pharmacy, helped several times while this is not my place of residence and therefore permanent pharmacy. Good thinking is done and urgency is taken seriously.

Dan recept niet voorradig, dan vergeten recept te bestellen, dan weer heel lang wachten voor je geholpen wordt, dan kan ik na aandringen naar de andere apotheek voor een recept omdat het niet voorradig is, blijken ze het toch te hebben maar moet ik alsnog naar andere apotheek omdat ze het dan daar al hebben klaargezet. Ik vind dit geen fijne apotheek. It is always something. Probeerd men alsnog te achterhalen of het niet jouw schuld is met -"waneer heeft u besteld meneer?"- , terwijl het allemaal duidelijk op hun monitor staat... belachelijk. En je kunt niemand bereiken, hebt geen idee of ze komen en hoe laat, daar kan beter aan gewerkt worden door een track en trace bv. Verder een heel fijne meedenkende apotheek I think the bicycle couriers are fine, but the times are drama. M	Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I come here I need to wait 15-20 minutes, it's so frustrating. Never ever my prescription is ready they always need to make it, what are you guys doing there all day? Robots would do 10x a better job, efficiency there is a all-time low there!
