★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moderne apotheek met een authentieke uitstraling. Hier word je geholpen met een glimlach. Ik ben altijd snel aan de beurt en heb daardoor nog tijd om in de apotheek rond te snuffelen. Ze verkopen namelijk veel mooie en goede verzorging producten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben naar deze apotheek overgestapt, omdat ik niet tevreden was met mijn vorige apotheek. Ik moest doorgaans lang wachten, meestal waren de geneesmiddelen niet op voorraad en de meeste medewerksters waren nogal nors, op het onverschillige af.
Wat een verschil is de PHP apotheek!
De medewerkers zijn zonder uitzondering vriendelijk, attent en zorgvuldig. Ook de medicijnrobot vind ik persoonlijk geweldig. Er hangt een prettige sfeer, zodat het wachten, als zich dat al eens voordoet, niet heel erg is. Ik zou deze apotheek zonder meer iedereen aanbevelen.
I switched to this pharmacy because I was not satisfied with my previous pharmacy. I usually had to wait a long time, most of the time the medicines were out of stock and most of the employees were rather surly, almost indifferent.
What a difference is the PHP pharmacy!
The employees are without exception friendly, considerate and careful. I personally also love the medicine robot. There is a pleasant atmosphere, so that waiting, if that happens, is not a bad thing. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik vond de oudere medewerker zeer onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam. Dit was de eerste keer dat ik hier was en ik vroeg daarom om hulp maar daar werd erg neerbuigend op gereageerd. Volgende keer vraag ik aan de huisarts of ik het bij een andere apotheek mag ophalen.
I found the older staff member to be very unfriendly and unhelpful. This was my first time here and so I asked for help but the response was very condescending. Next time I will ask the doctor if I can pick it up at another pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pharmacy! Unlike 99% of the pharmacies in the Netherlands the staff is helpful and doesn't keep people waiting for ages. They are very well informed and polite. I highly recommend the Prins Hendrik Apotheek!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place, been there for some years. They have a 24/7 machine where you can purchase tests from. No big mark up on them either! It would be great if they could add pregnancy tests to the machine in the future, it's one of the things almost impossible to get at night. Overal pretty satisfied with this place ;>
