★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uiterst onplezierige ervaring. Sta eerst 10 minuten in de rij om dan te horen dat ik vervolgens in de andere rij van 15 minuten moet staan. Wordt nergens aangegeven!
Bij mijn vraag aan de bediende of ze kan nakijken of de voorwaarden van de terugkomst van een populair medicijn is aangepast krijg ik te horen dat dat niet mogelijk is en dat ze het toch al druk genoeg hebben.
Volledig lak aan klantvriendelijkheid.
Koste wat kost deze zaak vermijden!
Extremely unpleasant experience. First stand in line for 10 minutes and then be told that I have to stand in the other 15 minute line. Not indicated anywhere!
When I ask the clerk whether she can check whether the conditions of the return of a popular drug have been adjusted, I am told that this is not possible and that they are busy enough anyway.
Completely refrained from customer service.
Avoid this case at all costs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmancy is located in the Netherlands and is just 500 meters from the Belgian border. Lots of Belgians come here because the medicines are cheaper than in Belgium.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend coming here. If you have a prescription go to the counter in the back.
