About Pharmacy Volgerlanden
Deze HKZ-norm is van toepassing op het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem van de openbare apotheken in Nederland die farmaceutische zorg- en dienstverlening verlenen aan individuele patiënten. Hierbij gaat het om farmaceutische zorg- en dienstverlening aan patiënten die niet in een instelling verblijven waar deze zorg- en dienstverlening onderdeel is van de verstrekking. Het dient te gaan om een fysieke apotheek, die onder de reikwijdte van de NAN valt en waarvoor een gevestigd apotheker eindverantwoordelijk is. De openbare apotheek kan genoemde functies zelf uitvoeren of (gedeeltelijk) uitbesteden aan derden.

Zowel bij deze apotheek als wel bij apothekers in de regio. Ik moest zelf maar voor een oplossing zorgen. Een telefoontje naar de apotheek in ASZ Zwijndrecht en tot mijn stomme verbazing bleek het medicijn gewoon bij de apotheek van ASZ in Dordrecht op voorraad te zijn. Ik kon het daar ophalen of eventueel op laten sturen. Wel heel opvallend dat deze apotheek niet in staat is om een medicijn in de regio op te sporen terwijl het met een telefoontje was geregeld. Kortom wanprestatie van mensen die het woord service en dienstverlening uit hun proces hebben geschrapt.

Both at this pharmacy and at pharmacists in the region. I had to find a solution myself. A phone call to the pharmacy in ASZ Zwijndrecht and to my utter amazement it turned out that the medicine was simply in stock at the ASZ pharmacy in Dordrecht. I could pick it up there or have it sent there. It is very striking that this pharmacy is not able to detect a drug in the region while it was arranged with a phone call. In short, default of people who have removed the word service and services from their process.
