Doen rond sluitingstijd rustig de deur voor je neus dicht, begrijpelijk maar doen dit zonder even iets te zeggen en lopen breed lachend weg. Long waiting times, poor stocks and over-looking staff. Close the door quietly around closing time, understandable but do this without saying a word and walk away laughing broadly.

Kortom waardeloze apotheek alles draait om geld en niet om jou. Zelfs de openingstijden zijn per abuis veranderd, waar je dan vervolgens geen bericht van krijgt oid. Klaar met deze apotheek, ik stap per maandag over!! Poor service is difficult to reach and agreements are not fulfilled and you often wait for centuries for you to be helped while there are enough staff around. In short, worthless pharmacy it's all about money and not about you. Even the opening times have been changed by mistake, of which you will not receive a message or something like that. Done with this pharmacy, I switch every Monday !!

Ik val onder de risico groep en ga niet naar buiten. Opens stond daar de apotheek voor de deur en de nieuwe voorraad werd gewoon thuis gebracht. Bedankt voor jullie top service Gerda Sikkink Reigerslaan 19 Great this pharmacy ,. Last week I opened the last two boxes of my medicines and thought how should I pick up the new one now. F	Femke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik schrijf niet snel een slechte review, maar de apotheek heeft mij een bericht gestuurd dat mijn medicatie klaar ligt. Wanneer ik er ben is mijn bestelling helemaal niet compleet. Wat kan gebeuren, maakte hier geen probleem van. Er werd gezegd dat de volgende dag mijn bestelling wel compleet zou zijn. Ik kreeg de volgende dag een bericht dat mijn bestelling nu wel compleet is. Maar mijn bestelling was nog steeds niet compleet, ze waren opnieuw iets vergeten. Waardoor ik dus drie keer naar de apotheek moest. Het is geen ramp, maar is wel zonde van mijn tijd. Was handiger geweest als ze mij pas een bericht sturen wanneer mijn bestelling gewoon helemaal compleet is. Het is niet de eerste keer dat dit gebeurt. Hopelijk wordt naar dit probleem gekeken en een oplossing verzonnen. Voelde mij niet op mijn gemak om dit probleem bij personeel aan te kaarten, vanwege onvriendelijke bejegening die ik bij deze apotheek wel eens heb gehad. I will not easily write a bad review, but the pharmacy has sent me a message that my medication is ready. When I arrive, my order is not complete at all. What could happen didn't make a problem of this. It was said that the next day my order would be complete. The next day I received a message that my order is now complete. But my order was still not complete, they had forgotten something again. So I had to go to the pharmacy three times. It is not a disaster, but it is a waste of my time. Would have been more convenient if they only send me a message when my order is complete. It is not the first time this has happened. Hopefully this problem will be looked into and a solution come up. Didn't feel comfortable raising this issue with staff because of unfriendly treatment I've had at this pharmacy.
