β β β β β Je word er heel goed geholpen en ze zijn altijd beleefd, ze willen het beste voor de klant en dat is ook erg goed te merken in deze winkel. Hun intentie is niet zoveel mogelijk aan je verkopen maar zorgen dat je terug komt en dat geeft een heel prettig gevoel. Ik zal zeker terugkomen en deze winkel zeker aanraden als je goeie service wilt. Hele goede winkel met goede medewerkers.
You are served very well and they are always polite, they want the best for the customer and that is very noticeable in this store. Their intention is not to sell you as much as possible, but to make sure you come back and that gives a very pleasant feeling. I will definitely be back and recommend this store if you want good service. Very good store with good employees.

β β β β β Bot behandeld. Ik kom met een heel duidelijke vraag over een specifiek iets wat stuk is. Dat weet ik heel zeker, omdat ik erbij stond toen het stuk ging. Er werd helaas niet geluisterd maar op een botte manier aangeven dat IK niet geholpen wil worden. Hele stroeve communicatie. Dan nog het lef hebben om nog even na te praten over mij als klant tegenover een andere klant. Dan doe je iets heel verkeerds. Dus wil je op een sociale manier geholpen worden en dat er echt naar je geluisterd wordt dan beslist niet hierheen.
Bone treated. I come up with a very clear question about a specific thing that is broken. I know for sure, because I was there when it broke. Unfortunately, they did not listen but bluntly indicate that I do not want to be helped. Very stiff communication. Then still have the guts to talk about me as a customer to another customer. Then you are doing something very wrong. So if you want to be helped in a social way and that you are really listened to, then definitely not come here.

β β β β β Ik heb hier vandaag een nieuwe telefoon gekocht. Ze hebben de nieuwe telefoon gebruiksklaar gemaakt: bellen, Google account en WhatsApp inclusief backup. Ik kreeg er gezellig een kopje thee bij. Het was een prettige en ontspannen ervaring. Hartelijk dank voor deze winkel.
Bought a new phone here today. They have made the new phone ready for use: calling, Google account and WhatsApp including backup. I got a nice cup of tea with it. It was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Thank you very much for this shop.

β β β β β Unfortunately my experience here was not the best... I ordered a new battery from a separate company, but after seeing that the screen had to be removed for it to be inserted, I went to this shop. I lost my SIM card after removing it in the shop, and so could not be contacted. After three days I went back to hopefully pick up my repaired phone, but when I went back, it was not there. They wanted to inform me of the risk that the screen may break, and ask if I would still want to go ahead with replacing the battery, to which I decided to still go ahead. I told them to not worry.
After two days, the phone came in. The screen did actually break, but was replaced by them. I was happy that it worked, but a bit disappointed that my white phone now had a black screen. They explained that they ran out of white screens. I thanked them lots and payed for the service, as I was extremely happy to have what I thought was a working phone.
However, after using it for a few days, I noticed that the battery worked just like the old one. The back button on the bottom right of the screen also did not work anymore. I decided to look at the old battery and saw that the date that the battery was made in said 2018... however, I bought my phone in 2015, and it had never been repaired. This led me to the conclusion that my old battery, which I had payed to be replaced, was still in there. This was a bit disappointing, as I had paid to simply replace a battery, but ended up with the old battery still in there and a screen which was a different colour, with a back button that did not work.
I went back to the shop, and showed the battery with the date from 2018 on it. They called their colleague, who responded that it had been replaced. They told me that it had definitely been replaced, as their colleague had said so, and began to tell me that the battery was not from them, which was true, so it was the same as buying bread from the Jumbo, yet blaming another shop when it was not good. I felt that the way he spoke to me was quite patronizing. I felt the annoyance coming from him, so I thanked him and left as I was not being believed. He could not explain why the date on the old battery was from 2018.
So, the next day, after noticing the new screen becoming loose, I slid a playing card under it and managed to open it myself. When I opened it, I saw that my old battery was still in there from 2015. I went back and showed them. I felt his annoyance already, but he was trying to be nice, and offered to fix it. Once I said that I did not want them to fix it, as why would I after paying to have my phone in worse condition than before, and simply wanting a refund, they at first said no. After explaining that I did not have any trust in them, he agreed to give my money back. It is a shame that I felt like he was annoyed at me for their own mistake. It is also a shame that I had to rip open my own phone to prove to them that my old battery was still inside.
I appreciate that they wanted to fix their mistake, and after a while the man became nicer and apologised to me and said that I am always welcome. A colleague was very kind to me, offering me coffee and explaining that if I decide to come back to have it fixed then I am very welcome. I really appreciated the kindness of the colleague, and that the owner did end up apologising and being nice. He explained that he had to trust his employees if they tell him that they replaced it, but that now he will tell his colleague who fixed the phone that he made a mistake. It is just a shame that throughout this process I did not really feel valued or listened to as a customer, but felt like I was annoying the owner and making him frustrated, even though I was right all along. I told them that I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was a mistake, and that these things happen, and I thanked them for giving me my money back. I appreciate how the situation ended, but unfortunately will not be coming back.
