★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kwam een uur voor sluitingstijd aan met een kapot scherm. Hij was heel behulpzaam en kon het supersnel nog maken. Binnen uur was mijn telefoon weer helemaal gemaakt. Super service.
 Arrived an hour before closing with a broken screen. He was very helpful and was able to make it super fast. Within hours my phone was completely repaired. great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wilden een telefoonhoesje ruilen omdat we er 1 hadden gekocht voor een verkeerd type telefoon. Het hoesje was nooit uit de verpakking geweest. Helaas geloofde de verkoper dit verhaal niet en beweerde dat er ook een kras op het hoesje zat. Geen geld terug bij aankoop van nieuw passend hoesje. Ook geen nieuwe kassabon gekregen. Dit kon niet, want hij moest zich kunnen verantwoorden !? Schandalig hoe we behandeld zijn. 1 ster is nog te veel
We wanted to exchange a phone case because we bought 1 for the wrong type of phone. The case had never been out of the packaging. Unfortunately, the seller did not believe this story and claimed that there was also a scratch on the case. No money back when buying a new matching case. Didn't get a new receipt either. This was not possible, because he had to be able to justify himself!? Disgraceful how we have been treated. 1 star is still too much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super goede service. Had hoesje gekocht daar en thuis gekomen bleek hij niet te passen. Gebeld en afgesproken dat ik het hoesje zou opsturen en dat ze dan een ander passend hoesje zouden terug sturen. En dat is super snel gebeurd! Top service ????
Very good service. I bought a case there and when I got home it didn't fit. Called and agreed that I would send the case and that they would send another suitable case back. And that happened super fast! Top service

I asked for a piece of accessory and then i asked for the price, the guy replied saying "do you want to buy it or you just want to know the price" i said I'll buy it if the price matches me, then he started telling me to get out and that they don't have it, while he didn't even search for it, when i told him "but you didn't even search for it and two seconds ago you were sure you have it" he replied "we don't have it for YOU".
He just didn't like the idea of bringing that piece of accessory out of the drawer without being sure that I'll buy it.
