★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting Zwolle and had a few photographic needs. Not speaking Dutch I was nervous how my visit would go. I found the staff to be super friendly and helpful and very well informed. They made real effort to make sure I had what I needed and was very welcome. Any English tourist in the vicinity with photographic needs shouldn't hesitate to visit this shop. Super Gezellig!

These people really care and it shows in everything they do: customer communication, packaging, shipment, warranty and recall service. They make everything easy and smooth. Even though I live in France, I have been completely won over by their service. Pour les passionés de la photo hexagonaux : n'hésitez pas à leur faire confiance ! Un accueil et un service topissime.

It's not a regular webshop, really professional and you can feel really special making purchases with them?!
I ordered item on Friday afternoon and got it on next day - a beautifully packed item with a hand-written card as it would be a gift from a friend?.
I was really positively surprised and decided to write this comment (I do not write comments at all).
If I'm in Zwolle, I definitely visit your place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I totally recommend the shop by Hans Keuzekamp as, though I´m an austrian customer. I bought here several Fuji equipment(s) since two years now and had no problems since then. It is and was always a pleasure to get in contact with Hans. When you buy online you will always receive a personal handwritten letter with your order, which is real cutomer service for me. Great shop, great prices, great customer support. Happy to found Hans and his totally amazing shop!

Phone call and emails exchanged always in a super fast way, including weekends! I would more than recommend his webstore or even the local store in Zwolle. This is an example of customer service.

I ordered it via their website and i took the item myself at their physical store by that time, the item was in the same condition as the way how they described it on their Website. 7 months later.. fast forward to today, i have no issue with the lens and it’s mostly attached to my camera these days. I’m happy that i picked that fantastic lens.
