Bijzonder dat de aan het centrum verbonden meditatieleraar Lama Jigmé Namgyal iedere maand lesgeeft aan een ieder die openstaat voor het kalmeren en trainen van zijn/haar geest. Dit op constructieve en praktische wijze zoals we ook ons lichaam trainen in de sportschool.
De locatie biedt een breed programma van meditatie- en studieklassen, open meditatie middagen, begeleid door ervaren facilitators. Hier kun je terecht voor meditatie, stilte, contemplatie, reflectie en praktische acties zetten voor het ontwikkelen van natuurlijke menselijke kwaliteiten zoals liefdevolle vriendelijkheid, compassie en gelijkmoedigheid. Wat fijn dat dit bestaat!
