Then I waited for an hour, and she went up and did not come. Every five minutes I look at the service desk and ring the bell, and there is no answer from anyone. An hour later she came and I told her I have been here an hour ago." Is this reasonable? Then she said to me, I apologize, I did not understand you, and we will set a new date for you, and I told her there is no need for a new appointment, this is really not normal
