Klant onvriendelijk bedrijf. Slechte klantenservice. begin er niet aan: Hele avond gewacht op levering die niet kwam. De oplossing volgens picnic -> kom het anders ophalen. Wij waren juist klant vanwege bezorging. Ook de nalevering kwam niet. Hoe we kunnen annuleren is niet duidelijk en de volgende stap is om de geschillencommissie in te schakelen, dat is duurder dan de boodschappen.

Customer unfriendly company. Poor customer service. do not start: Waited all evening for delivery that did not come. The picnic solution -> come pick it up differently. We were just due to delivery. Also the subsequent delivery did not come. How we can cancel is not clear and the next step is to engage the disputes committee, which is more expensive than the messages.

Tonight at 18.37 at the Jacques Offenbachplantsoen one of your vans broke our wall. We have a recording of it, as well as our neighbors. The driver left without calling us ... What a professional behavior! It has already been reported to the police.
