R	Rob Rooijakkers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cynthia heeft onze bruiloft afgelopen oktober vast gelegd, Ze luistert goed naar wat we willen en ze weet ook heel goed waar ze over praat en adviseerd je dan ook heel goed als je over dat ene puntje toch niet helemaal goed hebt nagedacht. Ook heeft ze ons goed geadviseert in het organiseren van de dag zelf dus naast de foto's. Daarnaast super energiek, betrokken, humor, eerlijk, beleefd. Voorbereiding was uitstekend, in ons geval hebben we elkaar 3 keer voor de dag zelf gesproken om alle wensen door te nemen. en tussendoor ook goede/heldere communicatie via de mail of telefonisch. Advies/voorbeelden die ze aandraagt heeft ons heel goed geholpen in de locaties (binnen/buiten). De dag zelf verliep ook heel prettig, gewoon lekker de tijd genomen voor de fotoshoot. Nog wel even keuzestress toen het net niet/wel zou gaan regenen. Maar heel blij met het besluit om het toch buiten te doen. toen bleek het ook dat ze het weekend ervoor de locatie al even was gaan bekijken op zoek naar de mooie plekjes voor de mooiste foto's. Alles wat ze doet overlegt ze met je en ze luistert dan ook weer goed naar de wensen die je zelf hebt. Na de dag zelf houdt ze je ook goed op de hoogte van de planning van wat er komen gaat. Wanneer draft versie van het boek en wanneer updates en hoe. Eerst doet ze een voorstel van hoe het boek eruit komt te zien die ze je digitaal toestuurt. Dan kun je aangeven wat je liever wel of niet in het fotoboek wil hebben staan. ivm Corona is dit telefonisch gedaan en dat ging prima. Toen nog een tweede draft gezien waar we akkoord op hebben gegeven en toen kon het boek naar de drukker. Toen het boek klaar was kwam ze het persoonlijk afgeven, We zijn superblij met het resultaat en je ziet op dat moment dat ze het ook leuk vindt om de reacties te zien. Ze is zelf ook trots op het eindproduct, dus heel persoonlijk betrokken en ze vindt het heel belangrijk dat de klant blij is met het eindproduct maar ook het totale proces naar het eindproduct toe. Bedankt voor de bijdrage aan onze kleine fijne bruiloft. Na een heel prettig kennismakingsgesprek hebben we geen moment getwijfeld om Cynthia te vragen om onze bruiloft vast te leggen. En wat zijn we blij met het eindresultaat. Cynthia heeft alles precies vastgelegd zoals wij dat in ons hoofd hadden. Ook de dag zelf is prima verlopen. Soms hadden we niet eens in de gaten dat ze om ons heen liep. Wat resulteert in leuke en spontane foto's. verder is Cynthia een leuke, lieve, geduldige en spontane dame. Duidelijk in prijs en wat er van haar kan worden verwacht.
