★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben verzorgende niveau 3 en werk al 10 jaar in de zorg waarvan de laatste jaar als zzp'er.
Recent een zoom meeting gehad met iemand die net begonnen is. Tijdens de presentatie was het heel duidelijk dat ze nog geen ervaring had om iemand te kunnen beoordelen. Volgende dag heb ik een mail ontvangen dat ik geen geschikte kandidaat ben. Geen probleem en ik respecteer het. Vervolgens heb ik een nette antwoord gestuurd. Tot op heden geen reactie! Jammer voor hun want een gekwalificeerde verzorgende vinden is al moeilijk.

Jammer om te horen dat ik niet de ideale kandidaat ben. Ik ben nog steeds enthousiast over uw organisatie. Graag kom ik dan ook in aanmerking voor toekomstige samenwerking binnen uw organisatie.
Daarnaast zou ik graag horen wat de reden is dat ik niet de ideale kandidaat ben voor deze functie. Heeft u tips waarmee ik mezelf kan verbeteren voor een volgende sollicitatie?
I am a level 3 nurse and have been working in healthcare for 10 years, the last year as a self-employed person.
Recently had a zoom meeting with someone who is just getting started. During the presentation it was very clear that she had no experience yet to be able to judge someone. The next day I received an email that I am not a suitable candidate. No problem and I respect it. Then I sent a nice reply. No response to date! Too bad for them because finding a qualified carer is already difficult.
