★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very small and intimate venue. I attended both Ashtanga and Yin yoga classes run by Joyce. She very kindly taught in English to accommodate me. Her demonstrations and adjustments were first rate. She has an acute vibrational understanding of her students individual needs and makes classes fun, yet deeply engaging. I recommend this shala to you all.
