★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt fijne pilates lessen. Afwisselend doordat elke 3 lessen het thema en de attributen wisselen. De muziek is ook mooi en ondersteunend. En een duidelijke en prettige manier van lesgeven met ruimte voor ieders mogelijkheden. Mijn favoriete wekelijkse fysieke en mentale balans uurtje!
 Really nice pilates lessons. Alternately because every 3 lessons change the theme and the attributes. The music is also beautiful and supportive. And a clear and pleasant way of teaching with room for everyone's possibilities. My favorite weekly physical and mental balance hour!
