De montage van onze nieuwe keuken is nog mooier uitgekomen dan het ontwerp. De communicatie verliep heel soepeltjes én ze hebben zelfs extra werkzaamheden uitgevoerd waar wij zelf nog niet aan dachten... Wij raden dit bedrijf ten zeerste aan! The assembly of our new kitchen turned out even better than the design. The communication went very smoothly and they even carried out extra work that we had not yet thought of... A	Alex Lohn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit bedrijf heeft een badkamer bij ons geïnstalleerd. Er dient nog iets afgewerkt te worden aan een tegelmuurtje in de badkamer. Recentelijk is er iemand geweest en heeft een aantal tegels beschadigd en ook een sierlijst. Het muurtje is bovendien scheef geplaats waardoor de douchedeur niet goed sluit. Wij zijn al ruim een half jaar bezig met dit bedrijf om dit eindelijk goed afgeleverd te krijgen, wat ons ook is toegezegd. Niet gedaan. Zeer slechte communicatie naar de ons toe, tot helemaal niet reageren op mails, telefoontjes en appjes. Ze beloven van alles maar komen niets na. Er wordt totaal niet met ons in gesprek gegaan om het probleem op te lossen. Maar ze zeggen wel het goed af te willen handelen. Schandalige bedrijfsvoering en arrogante minachting naar de klant. Ik raad dit bedrijf ten zeerste af. Als je als bedrijf goede service voorstaat en lak hebt aan de klant als je betaald hebt, dan getuigt dat van zeer slechte en zeer bedenkelijke service, die wij in elk geval niet gekregen hebben. Gemaakte afspraken komt dit bedrijf totaal niet na. This company has installed a bathroom with us. There is still something to be finished on a tile wall in the bathroom. Someone has recently been there and damaged a number of tiles and also a moulding. The wall is also placed crookedly so that the shower door does not close properly. We have been working with this company for more than half a year to finally get this delivered properly, which is what we have been promised. Not done. Very poor communication towards us, to not responding at all to emails, phone calls and apps. They promise everything but deliver nothing. There is absolutely no discussion with us to solve the problem. But they say they want to do it right. Disgraceful business practices and arrogant disregard for the customer. I strongly advise against this company. If you as a company advocate good service and don't care about the customer when you have paid, that shows very bad and very dubious service, which we certainly did not receive. This company does not honor the agreements made at all.
