Transacties 4 weken niet uitgekeerd? Ik zou zeggen ga naar je eigen bank veel betrouwbaarder en veel goedkoper ! Aan de telefoon contract aansmeren van 3 jaar terwijl er duidelijk wordt gezegd dat ik geen contact van 3 jaar kan tekenen i.v.m huurcontract van de winkelpand want die is maar 1 jaar. Vervolgens wordt er gezegd als de huurcontract van de winkel is opgezegd , en als u dit bewijs naar ons op stuurt dan kan de contract met ons ontbonden worden. NU NA 2 JAAR , wordt er gezegd, helaas heeft u getekend voor 3 jaar en moet u nog 1 jaar betalen. Wij kunnen niets voor u doen omdat u zo heeft getekend. DUS LIEVE MENSEN NIET IN ZEE GAAN MET DIT BEDRIJF WANT ZE LICHTEN MENSEN OP MET CONTRACTEN !!!! GELD IS ENIGE WAT ZE ZIEN! 1 STER IS AL TEVEEL VOOR ZE ! JESUS WHAT A BAD BUSINESS !!! Tevens veels te duur! Al 8 jaar klant maar nu toch maar overstappen, jammer dat je zo met je klanten omgaat. Worthless company, already a year busy accepting gift cards via the pinter terminal. Customer service responds poorly and sometimes not at all. Also way too expensive! Customer for 8 years but now switching, too bad you treat your customers like that.

Losse apparaten worden dus niet verkocht. Jammer! Zeker omdat je bij CCV gewoon veel goedkoper uit bent als je alleen het licentie abonnement afneemt a €30 per jaar. €1,95 per maand voor transactie verwerking betaalt en 0,01 cent per transactie. Mijn maandelijkse kosten zijn altijd rond de €3,60 bij Ccv Dan heb je geen service contract maar op marktplaats heb je zo een nieuwe machine gekocht waarvoor je eenmalig €75 euro betaald ivm de overname. Jammer dat er zoveel bedrijven bestaan die onderaan de rekening gewoon veel duurder zijn en niks los verkopen omdat ze er dan zelf niet veel rijker van worden. Ga met de tijd mee pindirect en verkoop ook de hardware los aan de mensen die geen dure servicecontracten willen. Daarna wanneer de buit binnen is, is de service gewoonweg slecht. Op de dag dat mijn nieuwe pinapparaat geleverd werd zijn ze even vergeten te communiceren dat de huidige pin het niet meer deed. Terwijl de andere nog niet binnen was. Daar sta je dan in je bedrijf met klanten, zonder pin. Dan mail en bel ik en sturen ze je van het kastje naar de muur . Geen communicatie tussen de afdelingen. Nee mevrouw daar moet u niet voor bij mij zijn, bel support maar. Support zit in vergadering wanneer ik bel, ze bellen u terug. Weer gemaild, nee mevrouw daar moet u niet voor bij mij zijn, bel support maar. Nou ze moeten nog steeds terug bellen. Geen aanrader dit bedrijf, voor mij de laatste keer dat ik zaken doe met pindirect. They do their very best to keep a current customer in my case if your PIN device needs to be replaced. Het mooie is dat je gelijk je geld krijgt en het apparaat altijd werkt als je wifi het doet. heel fijn. goede service ook. Alleen jammer dat ze geen dienst buiten Nederland hebben anders had ik ze meegenomen op reis. I was able to enjoy the services of Pindirect with great ease for three years.
