The contact with Gini was very nice upfront and she was really flexibel, I also rescheduled once on short notice because I messed up my calender.
The dresses are really nice, very individual and suprisingly completly different to the offer in Germany, thats why I came here.
The prices are not cheap but the quality is also not. So, I think you need to decide first, if you are willing to pay for a good quality.
The first fitting was really nice. Gini is a really lovely Person who loves what she does. Additionally, she was not pushy or under time pressure (it took longer than expected).
Last but not least, with my contract for the dress I also received information about an insurance. I have never heared about that before in DE. So,this gave me also a positive feeling about professionalism.
I really enjoyed it and have a great feeling now, waiting for my dress to arrive.
