Fijne communicatie (super bereikbaar) en die twee keer dat ik een fout heb gemaakt met reserveren (verkeerde datum) werd er alles aan gedaan om me alsnog te helpen, wat ook naar volle tevredenheid lukte! Raad het iedereen aan. Super nice company where I have rented a lens dozens of times! Great communication (super accessible) and the two times that I made a mistake with the reservation (wrong date), everything was done to help me, which also worked out to my full satisfaction! Recommend it to everyone.

Aan te raden, ook gezien de scherpe tarieven en de verzekeringsmogelijkheden. Very nice service! Already rented a number of times at Pixto-F and this always goes very well. Staff is flexible and responds quickly and adequately to questions. Recommended, also given the competitive rates and the insurance options.
N	Natascha Ribbens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We zouden hier voor morgen 10-07-2018 lenzen lenen voor een cursus, nu is onze vader / opa afgelopen donderdag overleden en morgen is de uitvaart. Toen wij belde om de lenzen te annuleren werd ons verteld dat we 50% van de huurprijs moesten betalen omdat we binnen het termijn van 24 uur hebben afgezegt. Ik vind dit belachelijk gezien het om een sterf geval gaat. Binnen 1 min na het beëindigen van het gesprek hadden we al een factuur in de mail. Wij vinden dit echt respectloos. Ons zie je hier niet meer terug! We were supposed to borrow lenses here for tomorrow 10-07-2018 for a course, now our father / grandfather passed away last Thursday and tomorrow is the funeral. When we called to cancel the lenses we were told that we had to pay 50% of the rental price because we canceled within the 24 hour period. I think this is ridiculous considering this is a death case. We already received an invoice in the mail within 1 minute after the conversation ended. We think this is really disrespectful. You will not see us here again!

Afgelopen week is onze vader overleden en zijn we het bedrijf van wegen alle hectiek vergeten af te bellen. Vanmorgen belde we meteen om het door te geven en kregen we als antwoord dat er wel 50% in rekening gebracht wordt. Hoe respectloos kun je om gaan met klanten. We hebben nog verteld dat we de lenzen wel willen huren maar dan op een andere datum. (Aangezien de uitvaart morgen is). Binnen 1 minuut hadden we de rekening al in de mail. Ontzettend respectloos gaan ze hier met klanten om! What a ridiculous thing, we rented lenses from this ridiculous company. Last week our father passed away and we forgot to call off all the hectic business of roads. This morning we immediately called to inform us and we received the answer that 50% will be charged. How disrespectful can you be with customers. We also told you that we would like to rent the lenses, but on a different date. (Since the funeral is tomorrow). Within 1 minute we received the bill in the mail. They deal with customers very disrespectfully here!
