★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, if I gotta rate the friendliness of the guy on the phone I'd say 5/5. However, it's a bit more complicated than that: I ordered a pizza labelled "1 kopen, 1 gratis", 1 bought 1 free and some chili cheese snacks. One hour and a half in I still had not received my order so I called them with a very friendly guy who was very embarassed and offered me some drink. When the order finally arrives it's 2 hours and 15 minutes after my order and I receive only one pizza (+ my snack) instead of two and without drink. On the ticket, the drink was mentioned with a sharpie. So, I don't know what to feel except disappointment.
