Echter waren er verzendkosten in rekening gebracht terwijl op de website groot staat boven de €1000 gratis thuisbezorgd. Vervolgens zou ik daar 4x over worden teruggebeld en krijg vervolgens enkel een mail dat ze niks voor me kunnen doen. Producten zijn goed, maar communicatie en nazorg zeer slecht.
The product I ordered from them was fine. Were neatly delivered. However, shipping costs were charged while the website shows a large amount above € 1000 free home delivery. Then I would be called back about 4 times and then I only get an email that they can do nothing for me. Products are good, but communication and aftercare are very poor.
