Waardeloos!! Op de site staat geopend maar volgens een dame die in de buurt werkt is er bijna nooit iemand. Echt slecht!!

We bought our Mustang at Planet Mustang a few months ago. In the process of purchasing we experienced the service from them as very well. According to the salesman we purchased a car with a strong motor. And they told us that the car was from a daily driver and was well maintained. But based on the experience we had since then a lot of bad things happened: In the week after our purchase the first problems occurred. From the start there were some problems with the timing chain. In the beginning Planet Mustang was very flexible to pick up the car from our garage to check it again. But after they replaced the chain, we received a car with an unusual sound in the motor, which wasn't there before. After complaining, they checked the car again. Based on their inspection, they told me that one of the engine tappets was broken. Planet Mustang proposed to repair the car during my holiday. After my holiday, I vistited Planet Mustang and they implicated that they replaced the engine tappet. During my ride home, I experienced that the unusual sound was still present. I hired an independent mechanic and after his thorough inspection his conclusion was that the tapped wasn't replaced at all. In the meantime, we experienced twice a boiling motor. The cause of the boiled motor was a sealed thermostat (which is not common) and a silted up radiator. I contacted them again, their respond was that they will deliver a new radiator but we never received this item. We fixed the thermostat by ourselves. Nowadays, they won't respond to any ways of contact anymore. The owner told me that they can help me but only if I'm going to pay for the reparations (now it's something new)... Ridiculous when you didn't drive more than 200 kilometers since we got the car. We thought that Planet Mustang was a company which was an expert in Mustangs but the reality is different. Don't believe the stories of a 'strong motor' because it isn't true at all. My advice to you is to not buy a car at Planet Mustang.
