★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is duidelijk dat Plant & Interieur een liefde voor planten heeft. Dinsdag enkele stekjes besteld en deze de volgende dag al in ontvangst mogen nemen. De stekjes waren allemaal uitermate zorgvuldig verpakt inclusief handgeschreven naamplaatjes. Echt subliem! Ik kan niet wachten om weer een bestelling te plaatsen.
 It is clear that Plant & Interieur has a love for plants. I ordered a few cuttings on Tuesday and received them the next day. The cuttings were all packed with the utmost care, including handwritten name tags. Really sublime! Can't wait to place another order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Hoya specialist shop is a gem! Roy takes extremely good care of his plants. They are individually wrapped in plastic bags with some spaghnum or pon. Also love the hand written labels with the plant names, which adds a personal touch. I've just received my 3rd package and will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have eight active orders since March. One observation would be the subtle rise in prices and the "improvement" of the method of shipping cuttings. Specifically, at the last order (8th) they chose to send me the cuttings individually packed in a plastic bag. No spagnum or other source of moisture for the roots. I admit that they responded quickly to my notification, assuring me that the chosen method is the best (debatable) but if I am not satisfied I can return the order. Is it worth paying for the transport of the cuttings back to the Netherlands packed according to their method (the peak of cynicism), or to take the risk and stop here with the orders?

The way the cuttings were packed showed disinterest in the plants and the customer. It's the first time I've seen anything like this.
The rules for shipping cuttings are: keep the roots wet and the foliage dry and do not put any other part of the plant in a plastic bag.
Let's not be hypocritical. If you stated that the cuttings are viable, why would you accept the return of the order at your expense?
