J	Joni Abra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All in all the plants were delivered without any „visible“ damages. I got myself a tiny Alocasia Zebrina, and upon further inspection the plant looked a bit droopy. I assumed this must be, because of dehydration. I informed myself on how to care for these plants, but unfortunately it just got worse day to day. Few days later, Ollie died. The root was moldy. Such a pity, it was a beautifully plant. The 3 others survived and are striving! Would definitely recommend and would order another batch again.

I’ve also tried communicating with Plantsome about exchanging it for a healthier tree but they are not interested. I would recommend purchasing plants elsewhere.

R	Ria Arinda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a monkey mask plant. I was on waiting list since this plant had always been sold out when I wanted to buy the other month. And the waiting is worth it! The bo kito plant is really beautiful in its glass! Highly recommended!
P	Parricia Bronger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've made an order over the weekend where you select the ordering date and when you want your plant to arrive. I had set this date for a week later, the reason why I've ordered it due before the delivery date was because they had mentioned on the website that delivery date might differ from the exact delivery date if it might be a busy time. However, ones I've ordered and paid for my plant (Terrarium) the date was set way earlier. I could not change the date and the customer service wasn't available in the weekend. I had purchased this item as gift for friends. However when I called the customer service on Monday it was already too late because the item had already been exported from the warehouse on its way to PostNL. Customer service told me that their must have been something with their system but that they couldn't compensate. The item was 60EU very expensive especially when the service isn't of quality. Customer service mentioned if the new owner of the item wouldn't be available to receive the package then PostNL would drop it off at one of the neighbours. My friend and the neighbours were both home when the item would arrive but wasn't dropped off. Conclusion the item wasn't dropped off either at my friends or the neighbours and now she has to find a way to get this huge item from a pick-up location that isn't close to her home. In the meanwhile the plants are still in the box just sitting there a week overdue. I am not happy with PLANTSOME'S its service and finding a way to help their customers out with a possible solution. I would not recommend this company or ever buy from them again.
