★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In August I bought a LG OLED for around 2500.00 euros. According to the website the delivery time was "3 to 7 business days".
They have not delivered anything after 3 weeks and a half. I sent several emails and the reply is always the same: "soon" or "next week for sure".
Last week I wrote an email telling them that if the TV was not delivered before the end of that week then I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. They said that the TV was shipped already from the factory and that I would get it in the coming days. Of course, no TV last week, no TV this week.
I wrote an email yesterday asking them to return my money: No answer.
I wrote again today: No answer.
Update: Finally they reply after a third email telling me that they will cancel my orders and return my money. However, after more than 14 days they still have not returned my money. Called iDEAL this morning and explained the situation, their recommendation is to file a complaint with the Consumer and Market Authority.
Do NOT buy anything here. I should have checked myself the reviews before buying :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting for weeks for my television that was to arrive between 3 to 7 working days. Also all mail conversations with customer support were terrible and all I received out of them were empty promises or downright lies.
I strongly recommend everyone not to order anything from this shady company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, I've purchased my TV from Plasmavisie and then I went through the reviews and it gives me some worries about the delivery of my TV. nevertheless it was public holiday, they deliver the TV exactly only 2 days after purchase, clean and perfect delivery. Also, the price was already 400 EUR less than MediaMarkt which is insanely crazy. I am so happy and I would recommend Plasmavisie definitely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a LG OLED55CX6LA as advertised on their website and paid with invoice referring to that exact model.
Unfortunately they shipped a LG OLED55CX3LA (which is an Hungarian model number) which does not apply for warranty via LG Netherlands nor applies for promotions in The Netherlands.
Not trustworthy nor admitting their dishonest behaviour advertising and selling one model (the Dutch one) and delivering an International model.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plasmavisie displayed an TV as in supply and directly available for sending.
When I ordered the said TV I received a mail saying that theres's a delay with the deliveries
and the TV will be made ready for sending if the supply allows it.
I've immediately sent an mail cancelling the order.
To which I received an reply saying that I'd be refunded withing the legally binding 14 days.
14 days later however no such refund has been made.
I've sent an mail reminding them that I still wasn't refunded for the TV.
To which they replied that this cancellation has already been processed by their administration.
I've sent another mail asking for clarification as they still haven't refunded me for the TV.
No reply.
So, my next step was calling them, which unsurprisingly, was met with answering machine looping prerecorded message.
I was 1 hour and 30 minutes on wait before they ended the call.
There are more reviews like this about their horrendous customer support and lies about delivery time.

They also provide very good payment options. I personally opted for paying in instalments. The process seemed very professional and everything was laid out in the open. In term of payment days and payment amount. Highly recommend this website for anyone looking for a good priced TV.
