★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijk personeel, veel soorten bier, goede bitterballen. Helaas cheddar over de nacho's, dat mag best gewone kaas zijn, maar dat is kwestie van smaak.
 Friendly staff, many types of beer, good bitterballen. Unfortunately cheddar over the nachos, that can be regular cheese, but that is a matter of taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kom binnen en niemand in de winkel te zien, zie daar zes mensen achter de balie staan. Een dame begroet mij de andere gewoon niet. Moet zo zes minutenlang wachten voordat mijn bestelling wordt opgenomen. Daarna wachten voordat ik mijn bestelling kan meenemen. Jammer dat de balie medewerkers de mensen die na mij zijn binnenkomen om een bestelling te plaatsen niet of totaal niet begroet worden. Graag voortaan aan de medewerkers een cursus klant vriendelijk volgen. Gaat meteen de omzet omhoog!
Come in and see no one in the store, see six people standing behind the counter. One lady just doesn't greet me the other. Have to wait like 6 minutes for my order to be taken. Then wait before I can take my order. It's a pity that the counter staff, the people who come in after me to place an order, are not greeted or not greeted at all. From now on we would like to give our employees a customer-friendly course. Instantly increases sales!
