Sinds de laatste bestelling toch maar eens een mail gestuurd.
Maar je wordt meteen met een flauwekul verhaal zonder pardon aan de kant geschoven.
Dit is dus hun ware aard wanneer er problemen zijn met hun inferieure, B-keus producten.
Garantie tot de voorkeur.
 Ordered a few times and not satisfied a few times.
Since the last order yet again sent an email.
But you are immediately dismissed with a nonsense story without mercy.
So this is their true nature when there are problems with their inferior, B-choice products.
Warranty up to preference.

β β β β β Erg slechte ervaring gehad met de klantenservice. Na jarenlang vaste klant te zijn geweest ben ik tot het besluit gekomen dat, Bol en Amazon veel betere klantenservice heeft!
Had a very bad experience with customer service. After years of being a regular customer, I have come to the conclusion that Bol and Amazon has much better customer service!

β β β β β The way of packing their shipments is awful. As a result of this the shipped products have damage. This happens not with one but with multiple shipments and the only thing Plein does is refund the damaged goods.

β β β β β WORST ONLINE SHOP EVER - DON'T BUY HERE (you can see more opinions at their facebook page)
CONCLUSION:
- 2 weeks waiting for food and basic daily pet stuff.
- Mails answered after 3 days. The last one cancelling the order.
- No solution, no cancellation, no refund, no compensation, double outlay, even not a single little gift/discount/whatever after this nightmare just like "apologize". Nothing.
-Client doesn't matter here.
