★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2x gemaild over een onderwerp... 2 maanden niks terug gehoord na meerdere mails hebben gestuurd toen maar gebeld 20 min in wacht daarna verbinding verbroken nogmaals 2x gebeld weer zelfde verhaal constant maar "u bent de eerst volgende in de wachtrij".
Vanaf 9.35 gebeld tot aan 11.00 gewoon niemand gesproken.
Dit is echt een hele slechte ervaring
Emailed 2x about a subject ... 2 months heard nothing back after sending several emails then called 20 min on hold then disconnected called again 2x called again same story constantly but "you are the first next in the queue".
Called from 9.35am to 11am, just didn't speak to anyone.
This is a really bad experience
