★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need WAY more staff! Seating is minimal, so expect a wait if you want to sit (and order for take away too tbh) and you will have to wiggle to get into your seat.
Food looked good, but doesn't have any allergy information. They also seemed so lost in finding which order belonged to who. Would not recommend going here, unless you like to Instagram your overpriced food/ drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This wasn't our first time going to PLUK, but it was our first time after the pandemic, and I should say it wasn't a good experience!
First of all, they are serving all the drinks in paper cups even if you are sitting there to drink, which is not environmentally friendly and unnecessary!
When you sit there, they tell you that the service is like this: you should go to the counter to order and pay, and they will bring it to your table, but this didn't happen! They knocked on the window for us to go and pick our order(cup of chai latte) without saying a word!
Won't give them another chance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ €4.40 for a sit down flat white which is all bubbly and not at all a flat white. very hot and watery, served in a paper cup when I am sitting down. Not at all environmentally friendly. Apparently not enough staff to wash cups, I understand, however, there are 4 people behind the desk and 2 people in the kitchen and the cafe is not even at half capacity. Will not be coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had breakfast during the week and it was a good experience. We took pancakes and Açaí bowl with drinks. Everything was very good. I put 4 stars because I found the toilets a bit dirty and no tissues left. The staff seems not too be enough because after us a lot of people arrived and they’ve been queuing for a while. I guess on weekends it’s probably very long to get your order. I’ll try it !
