I had one of the poorest experiences with this company and I definitely don't recommend it. A few things to note: a) there are very unprofessional (they have indicated that they come between 12-4 PM (so I took half day off )) and showed up at 4.30 after I've called 2 times back; when they have arrived hasn't had the minimal tools to resolve the problem and needed to get back to the car to get them); b) When asking what is the price (during the initial call) they told me that they need to investigate onsite (we are speaking about getting some additional water in the central heating to increase the pressure); when coming they've charged 255 Euro for 30 minutes work. I though it was a mistake and when I've called them back they've told me that they charge 50 Euro for every 15 minutes and another 72 Euro just for showing up. This is outrageous....f we do the math it doesn't add up anyway...They also promised they will call me back with some explanations on the charges which definitely didn't happen. It felt to me that they are a fraud and I wouldn't advise anyone to consider their services. Reply to the comment made by the business owner: You've mentioned that we haven't given you the chance to do the right thing. That's not true. Both myself and my wife have reached out to you and explained the situation. To my wife you have decided to close the phone (extremely impolite) and in the conversation between us you've mentioned that you will look over the situation and will reach back. You haven't reached back and I assume that you were very content with the 255 Euro and that there wasn't anything wrong with that. Now that I mention all these details I hope you have the common sense to start remembering the facts and have the decency to stop deceiving other people that want to leverage your services in good faith.

Great service, our sink was completely blocked and required urgent attention. We called and in a few hours the plumber was at our place and the problem was fixed!

Good guys, Ben is the man you want to ask for. They fixed my sink in under 30 minutes. Very responsive, if you have any issues just give them a call and they will be at your doorstep in a few hours.

I had a simple drain blockage. The guy was here 15 minutes with an outdoor vac. He charged me 400 euro. I was offered no tax for paying cash/no receipt. 80 euro per hour is a fair price for tradespeople. I would not mind paying for an hour, even if it takes only a few minutes. I would not mind paying a trip charge of 40 or 50. But 400 EURO is UNREASONABLE. They called me from the number *******7608 to complain about this review minutes after I wrote it, then the owner denied that I was a customer in their written response. I have security camera footage of the plumber entering my front door at 1:29:02 PM 1 November.

SCAM !! And the comment just before me is confirming it as well.. The guy came and told me it was 500EUR to simply unclog the toilet so i said that i had to think about it before paying and that i will call him back. He was very pushy, expressing hurry etc... He didn't wanted to give me a diagnostic saying "i should know what stuff are in my toilets" (this is the moment i knew something was wrong). I paid him 117EUR just to come and look at it + remove a bit of dirt/water in the toilet. AND GUESS WHAT ? I decided to put my hand in the toilet to check myself and found out that what was blocking was a simple piece plastic WC blocks... & trust me I didn't have to go very far to find it! ... I mean, that he saw it while making his diagnostic or not, i think he could have looked a bit better before asking for 500EUR for something I fixed myself in 1 min...
