De kerstreclame van 2019 is opgenomen in het hoofdgebouw van het Slotervaartziekenhuis dat in oktober 2018 door wanbeleid werd gesloten. En waardoor 58.000 personen op zoek moesten naar een ander ziekenhuis. Als Plus maatschappelijk bewust ondernemen wil is het opnemen van een reclamespot op die plek wel erg ongepast. Plus gets a THICK MIN from me. The Christmas advertisement of 2019 is included in the main building of the Slotervaart Hospital, which was closed due to mismanagement in October 2018. And so 58,000 people had to look for another hospital. If Plus wants to be socially aware, incorporating a commercial on that spot is very inappropriate.

Mijn vraag aan u is dan ook Graag deze variant weer terug in het assortiment, waarom halen jullie producten die goed lopen continu dr uit?De plus variant is niet de oplossing ze drinkt dit niet,het ruikt anders en proeft ook anders(ik heb het nl wel geprobeerd.)Feit was hier dat het schap voorheen nooit genoeg flessen op vooraad had dat ik Altijd meerdere keren per week naar de winkel moest om genoeg in huis te hebben,ze dronk bijna 1 fles per dag ... We zijn allebei op leeftijd, mijn man zit is een rolstoel, ik mag niet tillen en kan niet ver lopen en we hebben geen auto...…...wat nu? We hebben geen buren die ons kan helpen, alleen een vrouw van 83, die kan ik toch niet vragen om mijn boodschappen op te halen...…...wat nu? The Plus IJzendijke always brought the groceries to our home for a fee and now that has suddenly stopped ... ………. Now. We're both on age, my husband is a wheelchair, I can not lift and can not walk far, and we have no car ... ... ... now what? Dat weet ik pas nadat ik dat heb gevraagd bij een PLUS-medewerker die over de broodafdeling gaat. De Korenlander bolletjes haalde ik, tot het moment dat jullie besloten deze uit het assortiment te halen, dagelijks bij de PLUS. Ik begrijp er niets van dat jullie een product dat verkoopt uit het assortiment halen en dat ook nog niet melden aan de klanten. PLUS gaat prat op de 'klantvriendelijkheid' maar hier klopt toch iets niet. Een product dat verkoopt en dat zich ook onderscheid van de andere supermarkten haal je niet uit het assortiment. Waarom? PLUS Cosumentenservice De PLUS Korenlanders bollen volkoren zijn inderdaad gesaneerd, omdat we het assortiment zacht kleinbrood een upgrade wilden geven en tevens het assortiment wilden uitbreiden. Daarom zijn in week 26 drie nieuwe varianten bakkersbollen opgenomen: - Volkoren - Spelt - Waldkorn De bakkersbollen volkoren zijn een verbetering/verluxing van de 'oude' Korenlanders bollen volkoren en vormen dus een prima alternatief. I give 1 star for PLUS KIR answer PLUS is remediating Korenlander spheres Dear PLUS, Today I hear that from one day to the next you have removed the Korenlander balls from the range. I only know that after I have asked a PLUS employee who is responsible for the bread department. Until you decided to remove them from the assortment, I bought the Korenlander balls from the PLUS every day. I do not understand that you are removing a product that sells from the range and not reporting it to the customers. PLUS prides itself on 'customer-friendliness', but something is not right here. A product that sells and that also distinguishes itself from other supermarkets cannot be removed from the range. Why? PLUS Consumer Service The PLUS Korenlanders bulbs of wholemeal have indeed been cleaned up, because we wanted to upgrade the range of soft buns and also expand the range. That is why three new varieties of baker's buns were included in week 26: - Whole grain - Spelled - Waldkorn The wholemeal baker's balls are an improvement / luxation of the 'old' Wheat landers wholemeal bulbs and are therefore a great alternative.

I ordered online today (22.2.2019) at 15:46, I received an email from PLUS Mulder that my orders will be delivered between 18:00-20:00. At 20:05 I phoned the store and ask why I haven't received my orders yet; I was told by 21:00 you will have your orders. At 21:03, again I called and this time I talked with the Manager of the store, as he claimed to be. I explained what has happened and told him I don't have anything at home, haven't eaten nothing from morning and I am sick that's why I ordered online. He replied me, sorry I can't do nothing for you. Someone tell me what is the role of manager? Isn't he supposed to come up with solution? the easiest thing that everyone could say is I can't do nothing! Then what is your role as the Manager of PLUS Mulder??? What is really the criteria for choosing the Manager to run a store like PLUS Mulder?? Unfortunately, google wouldn't let me to post my comment without giving a star! If I had another option, I would have given minus to this store. I am now sick, having nothing to eat and all I see a Manager without having an ability to think for a solution for a customer.
