★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend their services. Even after many years of being a good customer of the translation services, I encountered a very rude attitude towards me and very poor customer service.
Mr. Leemkuil sent me an invoice for a job I requested a quote for and one I did not confirm, as the text to be translated was never provided to him. Then after 2 months of miscommunication, he forced me to paid 100% of the invoice for a job he DID NOT do and called that administrative fees. He threatened me to initiate a legal demand for which I have to pay the legal costs.
He never shared the company’s cancellation policies and he even said that following me up (sending 2 remainder emails) and sending an invoice was more work than actually performing the translation of a birth certificate (my original request).
All in all, very unpleasant and impolite.
