M	Mathieu Les galeries on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est honteux nous avons passé une commande d'une table repas et les chaises en janvier... 9 mois après nous ne pouvons toujours pas manger sur la table alors que tout est payé depuis plusieurs mois!! nous avons reçus 3 fois les mauvais pieds de table... nous allons faire un scandal à leur stand au salon maison et objet, c'est impensable, nous qui sommes dans le commerce heureusement que nous ne faisons pas ca à nos clients !!! Ils sont meilleur et bien plus rapide pour prendre des commandes que pour suivre leur service après vente... Ne faite pas la même erreur que nous ne faite surtout pas confiance à cette entreprise... It's shameful we placed an order for a dining table and chairs in January ... 9 months later we still cannot eat on the table even though everything has been paid for for several months !! we have received the wrong table legs 3 times ... we are going to cause a scandal at their stand at the house and object show, it is unthinkable, we who are in the trade fortunately we do not do that to our customers !! ! They are better and much faster to take orders than to follow their after sales service ... Do not make the same mistake that we do not trust this company ...

Réponse du service après -vente: il doit y avoir un problème d'humidité ! c'est un cas isolé donc on ne s'en préoccupe pas. Vu le prix des chaises ce problème ne devrait même pas exister. Après discussion avec le service après-vente nous avons trouvé un compromis. Par ailleurs les autres meubles achetés en même temps que les chaises donnent entièrement satisfaction. After 4 years of normal use 7 out of 8 chairs have moving feet. Response from after-sales service: There must be a moisture problem! it's an isolated case so we don't worry about it. Considering the price of the chairs this problem shouldn't even exist. After discussion with the after-sales service, we found a compromise. In addition, the other furniture purchased at the same time as the chairs are entirely satisfactory.

l	leia anastasiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly disappointed with the level of quality and customer service, we ordered 10 dining chairs and they were delivered faulty . The metal sticks up around the top of the arm all the way around the chair making them uncomfortable and as a result the velvet is wearing out where it should be soft upholstery. This is not how the chair looked when we ordered and I understand mistakes happen but after many emails, even directly to the CEO, PMP refuse to do anything about this problem which is totally unacceptable. I advise anyone not to order from a company that clearly doesnt care at all about basic customer service and their quality is particularly bad.
