★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was dicht op zaterdag tijdens openingstijden. Ik wachtte rond 40 minuten maar uiteindelijk haalde pakketje op maandag op.
 Was closed on Saturday during opening hours. I waited around 40 minutes but finally picked up parcel on Monday.

Ik kwam rond 12:00 om een pakket op te halen, er hing een briefje: ben zo terug
Ik heb meneer gebeld en hij gaf aan met 15-30 min terug te zijn.
Na ruim 30 min kwam ik terug maar meneer was er nog steeds niet, ik belde nogmaals en zou terug gebeld worden.
Na 10 min nóg een keer gebeld, hij gaf aan dat het nog 15-30 minuten zou duren. Na 20 min was hij daar dan eindelijk: erg onprofessioneel.
Unreliable opening hours
I came around 12:00 to pick up a package, there was a note: be right back
I called the gentleman and he indicated that he would be back in 15-30 minutes.
After more than 30 minutes I came back but the gentleman was still not there, I called again and would be called back.
Called again after 10 minutes, he said it would take another 15-30 minutes. After 20 minutes he was finally there: very unprofessional.
