R	R. Drum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit einer .de Domain, wird einem suggeriert, dass es sich um ein deutsches Unternehmen handelt. Falsch! Grottenschlechter (gar kein) Support, auf After-Sales Anfragen wird nicht reagiert, der Kunde im Regen stehen gelassen. Die Lieferung erfolgt enorm schleppend, selbst nach 96 Stunden keinerlei Tracking verfügbar, E-Mails werden ignoriert. So eine nervenaufreibende Bestellung braucht kein Mensch, dann lieber ein paar Euro drauflegen und die Reifen dafür nach 2 Werktagen erhalten. With a .de domain, one is suggested that it is a German company. Not correct! Grottenschlechter (no support), after-sales inquiries is not responding, the customer left in the rain. The delivery is extremely slow, even after 96 hours no tracking available, emails are ignored. Nobody needs such a nerve-wracking order, then rather put on a few euros and get the tires for it after 2 working days.

Ik heb na 1 1/2 week nog geen banden. Superslecht. I ordered 16 tires. (2x 8 pieces) And I've only had 10 of them. We cannot call the company. Just respond to emails every now and then. I still have no tires after 1 1/2 weeks. Super bad.

In tussentijd geen enkele reactie op mijn vraag via het contactformulier. Telefonisch meerdere keren in de wacht gestaan voor € 0,35 per minuut Expected delivery times on the site are NOT correct. Ultimately, the tires are delivered, but 1.5 weeks later than indicated on the site. In the meantime, no response to my question via the contact form. Been on hold by phone several times for € 0.35 per minute

Nur 0900er Telefonhotline - trotz 0,79 ct/min dort angerufen, nach Aufklärung über Aufnehmen des Anrufes klingelte es kurz, dann war Stille. Scheint Abzocke zu sein. Bei Emails bekommt man umgehend eine automatische Antwort und dann nichts mehr... besser Finger weg! Absolute disaster. Tire supposedly sent, but incorrect address of assembly partner. Only 0900 telephone hotline - called despite 0.79 ct / min, after clarification about the recording of the call, the doorbell rang briefly, then there was silence. Seems like a rip off. With emails you get an automatic answer immediately and then nothing more ... better hands off!
M	Marion Schnobel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach 2 Wochen habe ich erst die Räder bekommen und dann auch noch komplett falsche Felgen. Erst angerufen ( für 0,79€ die Minute). Sollte ne mail schicken mit Bildern und den Grund der Reklamation angeben. Das habe ich jetzt mehrmals gemacht und bis Heute ( weitere 2 Wochen später) absolut keine Reaktion. Nochmals angerufen, ohne Erfolg es geht keiner mehr ran. Jetzt habe ich Käuferschutz über PayPal beantragt. Mal sehen was dabei rauskommt. Unglaublich der Laden! Kauft da bloß nicht!!!!! After 2 weeks I first got the wheels and then completely wrong rims. First called (for € 0.79 a minute). Should send a mail with pictures and state the reason for the complaint. I've done this several times now and until today (another 2 weeks later) absolutely no reaction. Called again, no one answered without success. Now I have applied for buyer protection via PayPal. Let's see what comes out of it. Incredible the store! Don't buy there !!!!!

As soon as you find out that ehat you‘ve bought is not to be used on your car, you‘re screwed as Pneus Online will never refund you, nor give you a % on a completely new set. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Seriously!!!
