★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a turkey from this shop that was the best turkey I have ever prepared. Of course I know how to cook one, but this time it had little to do with my kitchen skills and more to do with the quality of the poultry. It had a thin layer of duck fat over it which provided a heavenly crisp to the skin, and was perfectly tied and prepared for the oven. The owner even gave me some bits and bones for preparing my gravy stock. The shop also has a nice selection of foie gras, as well as some delicious cranberry sauces. Wonderful service, wonderful products and will return and recommend to others.
