★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit bedrijf WIL duidelijk GEEN klanten.... Na een aanvraag voor een afspraak via de website te hebben verstuurd, hoorde ik dagen lang helemaal niets. Toen ik belde om te vragen of de afspraak kon doorgaan op de door mij aangevraagde datum en tijd wist men nergens van en kon met mijn aanvraag niet terugvinden. Met moeite toch op een ander tijdstip een afspraak kunnen inplannen. Op tijdstip van afspraak (midden op een zaterdag) was de verkoper helemaal alleen in de zaak, waardoor we continu werden gestoord door andere klanten en ons gesprek erg lang duurde. Ter afsluiting heel duidelijk afgesproken dat we aan het einde van de week erop een concreet voorstel van hem zouden ontvangen. U raadt het misschien al... nooit meer iets gehoord!! Dan niet toch? Geen tijd aan verspillen, gewoon naar een andere winkel gaan die u wel graag aan een mooie passende keuken wil helpen! Denk dat deze winkel beter kan sluiten....
 Clearly, this company DOES NOT want customers .... After sending an appointment request through the website, I heard nothing for days. When I called to ask if the appointment could continue on the date and time I requested, they knew nothing about it and could not find it with my request. It is difficult to be able to schedule an appointment at a different time. At the time of the appointment (in the middle of a Saturday), the seller was all alone in the shop, so we were constantly interrupted by other customers and our conversation took a long time. Finally, it was very clearly agreed that we would receive a concrete proposal from him at the end of the following week. You may have guessed it ... never heard anything again !! Then not right? No time to waste, just go to another store that would like to help you find a nice kitchen! Think this shop should close better ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poggenpogl levert met andere, goedkopere, inferieure apparaten dan in het contract staat. Poggenpohl gaat binnenkort weer failliet, slechte service, slechte kwaliteit. Koop nooit een Poggenpohl!!!! Alles staat schots en scheef.
Poggenpogl delivers with other, cheaper, inferior devices than stated in the contract. Poggenpohl will go bankrupt again soon, bad service, bad quality. Never buy a Poggenpohl!!!! Everything is skewed and crooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We zijn blij met het team van Poggenpohl van de de Parnassusweg in Amsterdam. Er is goed meegedacht bij het uitdenken van een mooie en verrassende keukenopstelling in onze lastige keukenruimte. Vorige week zijn de laatste apparaten geleverd en ingebouwd waardoor het genieten nu echt kan beginnen. De keuken is prachtig geworden.

We are happy with the team of Poggenpohl from the Parnassusweg in Amsterdam. A lot of thought went into devising a beautiful and surprising kitchen arrangement in our difficult kitchen space. Last week the last devices were delivered and installed, so that the fun can really begin. The kitchen has turned out beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant salesman Ralph. (1) We were super annoyed by the salesman because he was talking about impossibilities and not possibilities. So apparently he doesn’t want to sell. (2) When we entered the store, he already had a disposition about us via looking at our gym home chill-out clothing. (Dear salesman, you don’t know who has the money anymore in this century.) But clearly he was a dinosaur from old ages so he doesn’t have any idea. If you are a good salesman, you have to keep the customer who is already in your shop and who is already interested in your stuff. ( losing a customer means you are horrible at your job) we’ll buy it from somewhere else. We deserve good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While reading the reviews regarding this place I thought about the one and only time I entered this place and was welcome by a snobbish look. Oh my God! I've thought just now, so other people have experienced the same treatment. At the time I entered there was nobody in the shop and I asked the simplest question ever. I felt like I was not welcome and just did not even bother to ask more. I've renovated a property in Ams, and about to do a major work in the following months which would require a real professional advice. This shop appeared as a Miele dealer and advisor, I recalled the bad atmosphere in there and read some reviews...clearly I agree with the person who wrote that you can't judge people by their looks. You don't know who has money. and most importantly it seems like they lost a lot clients. I doubt they even care. Keep up the good job and feed the competition cause there is plenty out there!
