Die Terminierung verläuft unkompliziert und schnell. Die Nähe des Ohrenarztes für die Rezeptierung ist von Vorteil. Genügend Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden.
Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, bei Problemen wird die Testphase unkompliziert verlängert, man hat Zeit genug, um die Geräte zu testen. Als großen Vorteil habe ich empfunden, dass ich über den gesamten Zeitraum eine feste Ansprechpartner hatte.
Professional advice is very important here. The staff are very friendly and courteous, and anyone who wants to take a hearing test is in good hands here. Scheduling is uncomplicated and quick. The proximity of the ear specialist for the prescription is an advantage. Sufficient parking spaces are also available.
The service is excellent, the test phase is easily extended in the event of problems, and there is enough time to test the devices. I found it to be a great advantage that I had a permanent contact person over the entire period.
