Zelfscannen biedt hier geen enkel voordeel, elke klant wordt gecontroleerd en je staat dus ook in de rij, dus dan heeft dat zelfscannen geen voordeel in snelheid. Dat is bij AH en bij Lidl ook zonder pasje toch wel een stuk beter. Verder vind ik het personeel structureel onvriendelijk daar zou je als management veel beter op moeten inzetten omdat dit vermoedelijk ook te maken heeft met het relatief jonge personeel. Goedkoop begrijp ik maar investeer dan tenminste in klantgericht opleiden.
Relatively Very young staff. Self-scanning offers no advantage here, every customer is checked and you therefore also stand in line, so that self-scanning has no advantage in speed. That is a lot better at AH and at Lidl even without a pass. I also find the staff structurally unfriendly, management should focus much more on that, because this probably also has to do with the relatively young staff. Cheap I understand, but at least invest in customer-oriented training.
