★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just when we found a house our advisor was on a long holiday and we needed to find a new one fast. Via recommendations we arrived at Pointer Advies where Timon was happy to help even tough he himself also was going on a short holiday.
Since we where under a lot of pressure of a deadline Timon helped us with calls, question and advise, even on his holiday!
After a few sessions we found a perfect fitting mortgage that fitted us perfectly. We would have never found this particular mortgage setup without the expertise of Timon.
Timon and Robyn really helped us immensely throughout the process
and give fitting personal advise. In the end we reached every planned milestone Timon communicated and we can look forward to a new phase of our live with a great mortgage as a starting point!

Given the COVID situation, Timon has been very cooperative from the start, always on hand to answer all our questions via email and helping with the translations of the documents. He came recommended through my accountant, and we are super glad that we decided to work with him. Buying a house has been a very stressful situation given my EXPAT circumstances and having only been in the country for less than 2 years, but Timon has been there every step of the way to ensure all paperworks were in place in order to get that product suitable for my needs.
