★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Kunde an der GLS Abholstation, war ich sehr angenehm überrascht. Ich kam mit meinem Fahrrad zur Abholung und wir stellten fest, dass ein überdimensionierter Karton verwendet worden war. Sofort wurde mir angeboten, den Artikel auszupacken und den nutzlosen Karton vor Ort zu lassen. Hut ab! Ich habe schon andere Äußerungen in solchen Situationen erlebt. Sehr nette Leute und Hunde vor Ort.
As a customer at the GLS collection station, I was very pleasantly surprised. I came to pick up my bike and we discovered that an oversized box had been used. I was immediately offered to unpack the item and leave the useless box on site. Hats off! I have seen other expressions in such situations. Very nice people and dogs on site.
