★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slenteren door Louvre, het vallen van de muur, een traan na het zien van de appels van Cezanne; sommige 1e gebeurtenissen staan op je ziel gebrand. Sinds vorige week heb ik er ééntje bij: eten bij Poké Zwols.
Was het de kokkin die knipogend extra zalm opschepte? Was het de bediening die door de ruimte walste alsof het de dansvloer van een bruiloft betrof? Of de sfeer van gemoedelijkheid van een garagehouder waar zijn werknemers op vrijdagmiddag blijven hangen omdat de verhalen nog niet op zijn? Het waren teveel positieve prikkels om te pin pointen wat mijn klok liet tikken bij deze tent.
Één ding weet ik wel, ik heb blauwvingers gekregen na het eten bij Poké Zwols.
 Strolling through Louvre, falling from the wall, a tear after seeing Cezanne's apples; some 1st events are burned into your soul. Since last week I have one more: food at Poké Zwols.
Was it the cook who scooped up extra salmon with a wink? Was it the wait staff waltzing through the room as if it were a wedding dance floor? Or the atmosphere of conviviality of a garage owner where his employees linger on Friday afternoon because the stories are not yet over? There were too many positive incentives to pin point what made my clock tick at this tent.
One thing I do know, I got blue fingers after eating at Poké Zwols.

Hartelijke ontvangst in verrassend gezellig restaurant. De snelle en subtiele service van de uitbaters vielen in de smaak. De Poké Bowls zijn om je (blauw)vingers bij af te likken. Wel vergeten af te rekenen, dus hoop dat dit geen staartje krijgt.
Doordat de locatie lastig te vinden is door ontbreken van een bord aan de gevel: 4 sterren. Met gevelbord zeker 5 sterren!

Warm welcome in a surprisingly cozy restaurant. The quick and subtle service of the owners was appreciated. The Poké Bowls are to die for. Forgot to pay, so hope this doesn't get a tail.
Because the location is difficult to find due to the lack of a sign on the facade: 4 stars. With facade sign certainly 5 stars!

Deliciously fresh ingredients and a lot of options to choose from -- I couldn't make up my mind, so chose them all and have no regrets. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere.
