★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living near this establishment for two years now and every time I went there small things just kept piling up until the last time where I have decided to ignore this place, and write a review about it. A thing I never do.
The establishment is cold, dark and quiet just like its personel. I was surprised when I met one worker who kept a friendly tone or showed helpfulness. Now I personally don't care if people are unfriendly or whatever if ordering food goes smoothly and eating it is tasty.
But ordering things slightly off-menu felt like defending a case at court. Tried to order the bromance but without the corn and i just HAD to get a substitute ingredient. I just couldn't get no corn and be done with the order. Really?
Same thing for adding an ingredient. One time tried to order extra protein on my bowl. let's do something weird. No, not allowed either, not even if I paid extra or whatever. Again... really? Might be because of health restrictions with which proteins I wanted but the way they went about it not seemed that way and in any case they were just plain rude.
Found long black hairs in one of the bowls I ordered. That's fine, it can happen. It's the food service industry after all. But it did happen.
Ordered online several bowls once. They use thuisbezorgd.nl and put the order in a flimsy paper bag. Well you know what happens then: the birds eat well. Double bag large orders. Shawshank Redemption taught us all that rule.
And lastly, the last time I entered. What made me eventually write this review is that I was simply ignored. Entered the store, said hello, came in to check the menu, stood there waiting for the personnel to get ready finishing their previous order and I got passed for a new costumer who entered the store.
1 star for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the Bromance and I immediately noticed the salmon had a pungent smell to it and as a result it ended making me ill. The poke bowl was the only thing I ate during the entire day so clearly the fish is either old or not refrigerated properly. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deliciously fresh poké bowls!! I ordered the Tuna poke bowl and it was definitely yummy and plentiful. They even included an extra drink which I really appreciated. All in all, a great restaurant where I will be eating more often!
