Super goed eten. Genoten van de gastvrijheid, gezelligheid en de leuke ambiance. Beoordeel een boek niet op de kaft is hier van toepassing. Als je denkt een bruin café in te lopen ligt er achter een prachtig restaurant verscholen. Waar je de luxe proeft in het eten. Fantastisch!
Super good food. Enjoyed the hospitality, conviviality and the nice ambiance. Don't judge a book by its cover applies here. If you think you are walking into a brown cafe, there is a beautiful restaurant hidden behind it. Where you can taste the luxury in the food. Fantastic!

We hebben er heerlijk gegeten. Uitgebreide menukaart met voor elk wat wils. Prijzen zijn redelijk en er is vriendelijk personeel. Gaan we zeker nog eens eten
We had a lovely meal there. Extensive menu with something for everyone. Prices are reasonable and there is friendly staff. We will definitely eat again

Gisteren maar weer eens een poging gewaagd na een slechte ervaring 2 jaar geleden. Helaas wederom een slechte keuze. De bestelling kwam bijna een half uur te laat. Het adres was verkeerd doorgegeven aan de bezorger. Uiteraard was het eten lauw toen de bezorger er eindelijk was. Erg jammer want het zag er niet slecht uit, en smaakte ook goed (na opgewarmd te zijn in de magnetron). Ook jammer was dat de bestelling niet compleet was. Ons toetje zat er helemaal niet bij.. Hier moesten we voor nabellen. Al met al erg knullig...
Tried again yesterday after a bad experience 2 years ago. Unfortunately, another bad choice. The order came almost half an hour late. The address was incorrectly passed on to the delivery person. Obviously the food was lukewarm when the delivery person finally arrived. Such a shame because it didn't look bad, and tasted good too (after being heated up in the microwave). It was also a pity that the order was not complete. Our dessert was not included at all .. We had to call for this. Overall very clumsy...

Heerlijk gegeten, verrassende kaart, goede verhouding prijs kwaliteit, zeer gastvrije bediening. Wij komen zeker terug.
Delicious food, surprising menu, good price-quality ratio, very hospitable service. We will definitely come back.

【This restaurant is racially prejudiced and discriminatory】 We find the unjustified assumptions of Restaurant de Polderei in Anna Paulowna discriminatory: You claim your suspicion of me when I entered your restaurant; You claim your suspicion of us seeking a free meal started when we asked “do you have something ready for take-away?” (we made it clear to you: our train would leave in 40 minutes); You claim your suspicion of us being unable to pay for our dinner when we discussed “should we order a salad too to share?” (we mentioned nothing about two people sharing one main course, instead we talked about ordering three!). We find the discriminatory conducts of Restaurant de Polderei in Anna Paulowna intolerable: - You claim “we Dutch people” don’t fall for your “deception” (instead of taking the unknown substances in two course seriously, you accused your customers of being dishonest and deceptive?!) - Even for criminal suspects, the presumption of innocence applies; how discriminatory of you to label us unfairly. - You claim that you laughed at our “cheap play”. It is both unfair and insulting that you collectively make fun of the unfortunate experience of other human fellows (not to mention your customers!). ---- reply to outrageous remarks by the restaurant, posted 6 September 2021 ---- Wat een onredelijk en onverantwoordelijk antwoord! Als mijn doel een gratis maaltijd was door jou in de val te lokken, waarom heb ik dan niet voor het duurste gerecht gekozen, maar in plaats daarvan je suggestie gevraagd over "iets snels en mals"?!! Google-recensie is bedoeld om openhartige persoonlijke ervaringen te delen, en dat is wat ik deed: 1. geschokt door de haarachtige substantie (minstens vier!), 2. eerst met u overlegd, 3. ging met je chef-kok naar de keuken, maar kon het niet verifiëren (na verwarming werd het borstelhaar gekruld, maar zonder ronde kop aan de bovenkant). Did not finish the dish after this shocking discovery ?? paid the full price and left.

If my goal was a free meal by trapping you, why didn't I opt for the most expensive dish, but instead asked for your suggestion on "something quick and tender"?! Google review is for sharing candid personal experiences, which is what I did: 1. shocked by the hair-like substance (at least four!), 2. consulted with you first, 3. went to the kitchen with your chef, but could not verify (after heating, the bristles became curled, but without a round head at the top). Even if I accept your claim that those are brush head hairs, do you think it's okay to have them in a meal?! I am deeply disappointed with how you handled the situation yesterday (without any apology) and how you are now stigmatizing a dishonest opinion. Keuze vrij bij mij was voor ons een reden om hier te gaan eten. De entree doet je aan een bruin café denken, maar het achter gelegen restaurant gedeelte is de moeite waard. Netjes. Vriendelijke bediening en redelijk vlotte servering. Het verliep niet vlekkeloos maar dat was niet storend. Het eten is aan de prijs, maar waar niet tegenwoordig. Het eten was niet echt warm. Het was duidelijk warm gehouden totdat we er aan toe waren. De kwaliteit van het eten dat is besteld vanaf een beperkte kaart was goed. De vraag hoe ik de biefstuk wilde hebben ontbrak. De vega burger van avocado was erg lekker. Het feit dat ze aangesloten zijn bij Keuze vrij bij mij en de kwaliteit van het eten is voor ons een reden om hier vaker langs te gaan.
Choice free with me was a reason for us to eat here. The entrance reminds you of a brown cafe, but the restaurant area behind it is worth a visit. Correctly. Friendly service and fairly quick delivery. It didn't go smoothly, but that wasn't disturbing. The food is pricey, but where not these days. The food was not really hot. It had obviously been kept warm until we got to it. The quality of the food ordered from a limited menu was good. The question of how I wanted the steak was missing. The avocado burger was very tasty. The fact that they are affiliated with Keuzevrij bij me and the quality of the food is a reason for us to visit here more often.

Restaurant does not comply with Corona measures, next to this the owner of this joint also has a horrible attitude to any and all fair critique. If looking for a nice place to eat/drink, let alone a safe one, I'd not advise to come here.
