En dat voor een ongelooflijke prijs! We zijn vanaf het begin van de aankoop enorm goed begeleid, ook wat de hele financiële afhandeling, koopakte, , Poolse wetgeving en juridische zaken betreft. Betrokken, persoonlijk, zeer deskundig, betrouwbaar en goed inspelend op je wensen....en natuurlijk veel kennis van Polen met de mooiste plekjes waar huizen te koop staan in dit nog niet door toeristen ontdekt land. Ik beveel "Polhome" dan ook van harte aan, aan een ieder die wat verder durft te kijken dan de gangbare landen. Ook nu na 7 jaar kan ik nog steeds met vragen bij haar terecht en word ik geholpen. Years ago I bought a beautiful, beautiful farmhouse in the Giant Mountains in Poland, in a, you can say, "world spot". And that for an incredible price! We have been extremely well guided from the start of the purchase, also with regard to the entire financial settlement, deed of sale,, Polish legislation and legal matters. Committed, personal, highly knowledgeable, reliable and responsive to your wishes .... and of course a lot of knowledge of Poland with the most beautiful places where houses are for sale in this land that is not yet discovered by tourists. Wij hebben besloten om een vakantie woning voor ons zelf te kopen, in de prachtige regio Dolno Slaski (Neder Silezië). Onze wensen waren heel specifiek, en na enige tijd zoeken hebben wij ons droomhuis gevonden; tegen een berg en onder een kasteel (en binnen budget!). Hoewel wij al jaren in Polen komen, en met onze Poolse roots ook familie daar hebben wonen, is een huis kopen toch heel wat anders dan Pierogi bestellen in een Restauracja. Edyta heeft ons geweldig geholpen met het plannen van bezichtigingen, onderhandelen, specifieke zaken regelen bij de notaris en kadaster etc, tot en met een tolk (Pools Engels) bij het ondertekenen van de koop akte. Zonder Edyta haar expertise was het ons niet gelukt om ons droomhuis in Polen te kopen. We have been coming to Poland since 1994 and have seen the entire country in this way. We have decided to buy a vacation home for ourselves, in the beautiful Dolno Slaski region (Lower Silesia). Our wishes were very specific, and after some time searching we found our dream house; against a mountain and under a castle (and within budget!). Although we have been coming to Poland for years, and with our Polish roots also have family living there, buying a house is quite different from ordering Pierogi in a Restauracja. Edyta helped us enormously with planning viewings, negotiating, arranging specific matters at the notary and land registry etc, up to and including an interpreter (Polish English) when signing the purchase deed. Without Edyta's expertise we would not have been able to buy our dream home in Poland.

Dat was heel handig want we konden al onze wensen en vragen in het Nederlands kenbaar maken. Met een vijftal adressen die we van Polhome hadden ontvangen gingen we in februari 2018 naar de streek die ons het meeste aansprak: Neder-Silezië vlakbij Tsjechië. In die twee weken dat we daar waren hadden we meteen een voorlopig koopcontract getekend met de geweldige hulp (telefonisch en per email) van Polhome in samenwerking met een plaatselijke makelaar. Toen bij de overdracht in Mei bleek dat het kadaster zijn werk niet goed had gedaan is dit mede dankzij Polhome gecorrigeerd. Wij wonen er inmiddels met heel veel plezier en raden eenieder die een huis zoekt in het mooie Polen aan om contact te zoeken met Polhome. Goed advies, betrouwbaar, meedenkend, altijd bereikbaar en goed op de hoogte van de Poolse wet. Jef en Dora Koks. At the end of 2017, in our search for a home in Poland, we came across the Polhome website. That was very handy because we were able to express all our wishes and questions in Dutch. With five addresses we had received from Polhome, we went in February 2018 to the region that appealed to us the most: Lower Silesia near the Czech Republic. In those two weeks we were there we immediately signed a provisional purchase contract with the great help (by phone and by email) from Polhome in collaboration with a local broker. When it appeared during the transfer in May that the land register had not done its job properly, this was partly corrected thanks to Polhome. We now live there with great pleasure and advise everyone looking for a house in beautiful Poland to contact Polhome.
