( of is dit juist de bedoeling??? )
Ik begrijp dat de politie onder bezet qua personeel, maar kan nooit de bedoeling zijn. Al heeft bevolking ( sorry IK ) een ander beeld van handhaving.
 I think it is ridiculous that for the 0900 no emergency or police have to pay so call / report no one.
(or is this the intention ???)
I understand that the police are under occupied in terms of staff, but can never be the intention. Although the population (sorry I) has a different view of enforcement.
