Ook is er mij verteld als een probleem voor doet hoeven wij het korps Venray niet meer te bellen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben al een jaar bezig om hulp te krijgen. Maar ze helpen je niet. Als je je ongenoegen toont dan is dat ook weer niet goed want ze kunnen totaal niet met emoties van burgers omgaan. Aangifte indienen gaat omslachtig. Meldingen die ik heb gedaan 'verdwijnen' of 'staan niet in het systeem'. Informatie voorziening zwaar ondermaats. We hebben aangifte gedaan van vernieling en bedreiging maar, en ik quote `daar kunnen we niets mee, dan moet je eerst bewijs verzamelen´. Luister, zie ik eruit alsof ik hier de agent ben?! Ik probeer telefonisch met ze te overleggen. Ze gooien me in de wacht en bellen vervolgens niet meer terug. Ballenfirma.
Been trying to get help for a year. But they don't help you. If you show your dissatisfaction, then that is not good either, because they cannot deal with the emotions of citizens at all. Filing a declaration is cumbersome. Messages I have made 'disappear' or 'are not in the system'. Information provision seriously inadequate. We have reported destruction and threats but, and I quote "we cannot do anything with that, then you must first collect evidence". Listen, do I look like I'm the cop here ?!
