Kreeg een bandje om na afloop gesprek deel te nemen aan kwaliteitsonderzoek en dit bevestigd, krijg daarna het bandje te horen, daarna tuuttuut gesprek beeindigd. 2e poging, geen deelname aan onderzoek, zelfde resultaat. 3e poging, geen deelname aan onderzoek, krijg iemand van Elburg aan de lijn en halverwege mijn gesprek tuuttuut. Blijkbaar zitten ze om werk verlegen want er moeten blijkbaar eerst ongelukken gebeuren en dan doen we pas iets. SCHANDALIG IS DIT
