Have eaten delicious and was appropriate after how we eat. Was very cozy with our family and supporters. Certainly a recommend to also get to know each other better.

Als je aan komt rijden, denk je ‘waar zijn we nu beland’, maar zoals je een boek niet aan de kaft kunt beoordelen, moet je dat bij Pollies ook niet doen. Binnen is het gezellig gemaakt en Elma is een uitstekende gastvrouw. Organisatorisch is er ruimte voor verbetering. Zo ging het bij ons even fout omdat we een Italiaanse kookworkshop hadden gepland, maar door een foutje ging Elma uit van een Marokkaanse workshop. Maar ze bewees meteen haar flexibiliteit door ter plekke van allerlei dingen te verzinnen waar ze wel de spullen voor in huis had en die wat meer aansloten op de smaak van onze gasten. En het Marokkaanse hoofdgerecht wat we toch hebben gemaakt was verrassend lekker! In een lekkere, ontspannen sfeer werd het ondanks de valse start toch een heerlijke middag! Let even op bij het aanrijden: hoewel het adres Molendijk 87 is, zit de ingang van de kookstudio aan de Molenweg. When you arrive, you think "where are we now," but just as you can't judge a book by its cover, you shouldn't do that at Pollies. Inside it is cozy and Elma is an excellent host. Organizationally there is room for improvement. For example, we went wrong because we planned an Italian cooking workshop, but due to a mistake, Elma assumed a Moroccan workshop. But she immediately proved her flexibility by coming up with all kinds of things on the spot where she did have the things for the house and which were more in line with the taste of our guests. And the Moroccan main course we made anyway was surprisingly delicious! Despite a false start, it was a wonderful afternoon in a nice, relaxed atmosphere!
